Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
All parcels will be dispatched by the most appropriate way for the size, weight and destination.

Scalerules aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. You will be
notified of their dispatch or any reason why they haven’t been dispatched via email but
scalerules cannot be held responsible for these emails not being received. Scalerules
cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

U.K. Parcels
 Orders under £30.00 sent to a U.K. address will be charged at a flat rate of £2.75. Orders over
£30.00 will be sent postage free. This does not include Dolls Houses which will be sent by
courier, or very large or heavy items. This will usually be anything over 1000 gms in weight or
over 610 mm x 460 mm x 460 mm in size. If you need any help regarding shipping cost’s

U.K. Addresses
 These are all mainland addresses certain BFPO & HM addresses. Also Jersey & Guernsey.

Parcels To Europe & The Republic of Ireland
 Orders under £30.00 sent to a European address or the Republic of Ireland will be charged at a
flat rate of £4.95. This does not include Dolls Houses or very large or heavy items.
This will usually be items over 1000 gms in weight or over the combined length, width and depth
of 900 mm. If you need any help regarding shipping cost’s

European Addresses
 These are all parcels sent to addresses in Europe specified by Royal Mail. Parcels sent to the
Republic of Ireland will also come under this heading for postage costs.

All Other International Addresses
 For the shipping shipping cost’s to all other international destinations please email us at:scalerules@ntlworld.com

Parcels Returned To Us Undelivered
 Please be very careful when inputting your details. If parcels are returned to us because you have put in an incorrect address we reserve the right to charge for it to be re shipped.
Please check with your local sorting office if a parcel has not turned up. I am afraid Royal Mail
postmen and our couriers sometimes forget to put a card through the door to say they have
attempted delivery and your local sorting office will only keep it for so long before returning it to us.

Damages In Transit
 Please keep all packaging. This will be needed for us to make a claim for damages with our
courier or Royal Mail. Please contact us at:scalerules@ntlworld.com within 24 hours
to advice us of the problem

Shortages Or Errors
 Although all orders are checked prior to packing we are not infallible and errors although rare
can happen.

If an item is missing from your order. Please contact us at:scalerules@ntlworld.com within 48
hours. We can then check whether the item was sent seperately or send the item out by return at our expence.

If an item was sent in error. Please do not open the manufacturers packaging.Please email us
at:scalerules@ntlworld.com to advice us of the problem before returning and then follow
the instructions below.

Please read the conditions of returns below:-
1. All item/s must be returned in it’s original condition and in it’s original Packaging
2. All packaging must be in it’s original condition.
3. A copy of the original packing slip.
4. Your name, address, and order number.
5. The reason for return.
6. Please make sure all pieces of the item is returned, as a full refund or exchange will not be given on part items.
